Using the default user registration form, the profile page shows up and there is a link to edit profile – called edit-profile. It leads to a 404. Even when I create a page called edit-profile I get a 404.

Is there a way to edit the form or solve this?

    Hi @tomfuller2,

Could you please provide me the URL of the registration and login form? I will do test from my end and get back to you accordingly.

    Thanks and Regards!

I notice that the link from the account page to edit the profile is actually http://www.kahalaowners.org/my-account/edit-profile. The link from the profile page to the change password does work.

I also notice that the 404 gives a site map – is this something with your plugin or with WordPress?

    Hi @tomfuller2,

To debug your issue, we will need to work on your site. So, please contact our developer team here: https://wpeverest.com/contact/, and someone from the team will get back to you.

Also, make sure that you include the link to this thread so that the developer team can have an update on the issue.

    Regards!

Thank you for the offer. I realized the 404 was caused because the page was set to private.

However, upon further investigation I learned that in order to edit profiles you have to use your plugin to create users. Otherwise you have to use the pro version.

This information is a bit buried. I’m no longer using the plugin.

But thank you for your work in WordPress!

    Tom
