Link to contact page with specific subject selected

I have created a dropdown field for my subject line field in the contact form:
[select your-subject “General Comment re: VMA” “General Question re: VMA” “Doctors Accepting New Patients” “My Care Experience in Vancouver” “Nominate a Doctor for Recognition” “VMA Event” “VMA Login Help” “VMA Membership” “VMA Website Feedback”]
On a different page of my site, I would like to link to the Contact page, with a specific subject already selected for them. (i.e. my anchor link would be “share your care experience” and it would link to the contact page with the “My Care Experience in Vancouver” option pre-selected for them).
A) Do I need to make any changes to my subject selection box entries?
B) What can I add to my anchor link to bring up the appropriate subject line on the contact page?
