Link to category for custom post type does not work

    Menu link to category for custom post type posts does not work with WP 3.6.1 . I am getting a “Not foundpage, but works for default posts.

    Upddate: If I am trying to assign same category to both default posts and custom post type posts, default posts get rendered, but custom post type posts are not shown on a linked page.

    Please advice how to fix it.

    I checked it on 3.7 alpha as well. but couldn’t see any errors.
    Please provide more details.
