This issue has been reported to Google Maps. Their Place ID redirection is no longer pointing to individual accommodation-type businesses and this functionality should be returned. I’ll update you when I hear back from them.
@alijcar I just mentioned something else that may help elsewhere in the forum – use the “read reviews” URL that actually represents your reviews with Google Travel:

@alijcar If you’re using the Shortcode, you can use the parameter: link. This will work as an addition to any existing parameters (but just for the Shortcode, not the Widget).
The URL I have here is just one that I found by browsing to your hotel’s reviews in Google Travel. You can do the same yourself and edit some of the URL’s parameters (such as the language).
@alijcar I’ve updated the plugin and added a new Shortcode parameter that specially overrides the read reviews URL:
