link to a target from 2nd level page

Can anyone help? I am trying to link to a section on the homepage from a 2nd level page.
I can’t get the link to work unless I add a / at the end of the link below but I can’t get to the desired anchor link.

ie

*I want the same menu for the 2nd level pages but the path is different as it isn’t linking within the same page.
