Link String Break To Post isn't linking

Hello,

I’m using the free version to simply display an excerpt for one (the most recent) post on the home page. I’ve checked the “Link String/Image Break To Post?” option and am using “
Continue Reading” for the post string break as I would like the “Continue Reading” string break to appear on the next line. I’ve tried several options for this post string break and that doesn’t seem to make any difference.

The string break is not linking.

I don’t recall having this problem on any other site and I don’t see a solution in the forum. The site can be seen here. http://www.picturingrestorativejustice.com/

Any suggestions would be appreciated?
