Hello,
Within the widget, you can add any URL you want to each image. So if you copy the product page URL for the image, you just need to paste it to the link URL for the image in the widget options.

Have you updated the plugin to the latest version? Because in one of the previous updates we’ve fixed a bug about caching.
If you are already using the latest version and the widget is not working, I’d suspect the folder permissions on your server.
