Link Simple Job Board and the existing registration form

I’ve got a registration form on the recruitment website (made using Caldera Forms). I wonder if it is a way to link job postings to the form? So when people hit apply, they are transferred to the form with the job reference number.

Currently, this feature is not available in our plugin as Caldera is a third party plugin and our Job Board is not compatible with it.

You can explore and customize the Job Board to meet your requirements.

Thanks a lot for the response. Is it possible then to use the SJB plugin to register candidates before they are able to apply for jobs?
