# Link Shop

 * I contact you for a problem I encounter on a wordpress + woocommerce site.
 * WP version: I can’t find it, site built in 2019
    toilet version: 3.1.2
 * A page with permalink / shop-xxxx has recently been created, we have noticed 
   that if someone accidentally enters the address / shop (incorrect) they are still
   taken to a page that we have not created no.
    Is the / shop page created by default?
 * How can I do to remedy? Do I have to rename my page to Shop?
 * I tried to change the link in the settings (permalink> product permalink> custom
   base) but nothing changes.

 * First of all, you can find the current WordPress version from **Dashboard > Updates**.
   Please make sure that WordPress, all your plugins and theme are up to date.

 * If you’d like us to take a closer look at your site setup, please share a copy
   of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select“
   Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste
   it here in your response.

 * Thanks for your response. As a first step please try the solution explained previously
   by my colleague.
 * If you want us to take a better look at your site set up, please provide the 
   system status report. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
   This is under **WooCommerce > Status**.
