 * When adding some websites urls in the “Paste Links here” box the preview shows
   a title such as “Attention Required!” or the full url and a description stating
   that the action I performed triggered a security solution on the website linked
   or that the WordPress plugin is scraping the site with malicious intent. This
   two website show me similar errors [http://www.gamespot.com/](http://www.gamespot.com/)
   and [http://www.crunchyroll.com/](http://www.crunchyroll.com/)
 * This plugin is great, but that link preview message from links is quite worrisome.
   Should take a look at that.

 * Hello Nastia. Thanks for reply.
 * Here is [a screencast video of the problem.](https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByliTu2qaUJhSE05TmFHTDlYRzQ/view?usp=sharing)
   Would like to point out that I’m currently running the site on localhost, but
   I’m able to post other links without the error shown in video.

 * Hello lomaymi,
 * Thank you for posting the screencast here.
 * I can reproduce the same on my site. However, this is not the issue with the
   BuddyPress Activity Plus plugin; it seems that the sites you posted above doesn’t
   allow to any WordPress plugins to access their content.
 * This technique usually implemented to stop others from stealing site content.
   Apparently they use other plugins like [ScrapeBreaker](https://wordpress.org/plugins/scrapebreaker/)
   etc. to prevent sharing their content on other WordPress sites.
 * Unfortunately, in this situation we can’t provide a solution since the site’s
   owners wish to prevent their content from being scrapped.
 * I hope this helps!
 * Cheers,
    Nastia
