"Link" post type conflicting with Jetpack share feature

Not sure when the problem began but currently when ever I create a post using post type “link” the post on the blog page links to the last share link from Jetpack’s sharing plugging instead of the external link specified in the post.

I’ve taken down my recent attempts but left up an old post you can see in my Dec. 2012 archives. The title of the post is “Our New Neighbor”, 5th down.
