    You know how wordpress.com single post links will look
   like this?: “[http://outsanitydotcom.wordpress.com/2008/07/11/people-will-never-learn/&#8221](http://outsanitydotcom.wordpress.com/2008/07/11/people-will-never-learn/&#8221);
   How or what plugin will change my site link ([http://outsanitymedia.com/?p=170](http://outsanitymedia.com/?p=170)
   for example) to look like the longer one?

 * You don’t need a plugin for this. You need to change the permalinks in yuor dashboard
   under Settings > Permalinks
