Link one of my blogs posts onto another blogs page

Hi there, hopefully I can explain this simply and receive a simple answer as well. My website is http://www.dynamicness.com what I would like to do with the “Mindful-ness” tab drop down “Thoughts Out Loud” is have the posts from my other blog http://www.thoughtsoutlud.me show up there.

I don’t know if there is a plugin or what I can do to achieve this, if this is even something that can be achieved haha.
