# Link not working

 * Hi,
 * I’m having problem displaying the links inside the email.
 * I have followed your guide on this site:

 * but the link showed [http://domain.com/c/a-2-1-28](http://domain.com/c/a-2-1-28)
   instead of actual link to external site.
 * But if you send a test mail the links works, the problem only happen when you
   run email job. Then I try to disable email tracking and the links works.
 * So should I get the pro version to enable tracking and to make the links work?

 * If you use Email Analytics tracking, the plugin converts normal links into short
   tracking links.
 * You have to disable Email Analytics tracking if you cannot change the permalinks
   structure from Default to any other. This applies to both Lite and Pro versions.
 * Plugin disables Email Analytics for test emails.
