link names dissappeared please help!

I got my site moved over yesterday. I found in the dashboard that there was an update available, so I clicked it. There was no message on the dashboard, there was just a thing that said updates 1. I clicked this link and all my link names are gone. Could someone please tell me how to get these back? The url of my site will be in my profile in a minute.
