Link in Menu of selected tab

Hello guys, I’m really having problems trying to link tabs to the main menu. I’ve got in one page 5 different tabs and I need to add 5 different submenus that can each link to a different tab. This is the URL I insert to link the tab:
http://www.perthtourswa.com.au/tours-2/one-day-tours/#tab-ID number
but it’s not working. Or at least it is working only when I’m in another page, but when I am inside one of the tabs and I try to select from the submenu another tab, it doesn’t work.
