Link direct to comment/reply

Hi, how do I get the comment notifications (either on Facebook or via the email notifications) to link directly to the comment/reply in question? Currently it just takes it to the post in general, and you have to scroll down to find your comment.

I am using this set up in the Notifications area:

Notification email subject: New Comment on %%post_title%% %%comment_type%%

Notification email message: A new comment has been published on %%post_title%% : %%comment_text%%
