Link dialog box does not come up

    I have just updated to WordPress 4.2.2, and am having trouble when I press the “Link” button in Visual mode (I had to hard code the links in Text mode). The dialog box does not come up. I am using Firefox and have also tried Chrome. SCRIPT_DEBUG did not fix the issue. I do not know how to define the JavaScript error(s), locations, or context, and do not know how to upload a screenshot, so I am attaching the text from the browser console (Firefox).

    I searched for this topic and found an error exactly like it from 8 years ago, but there was only the one post and no answers to it.
