    Hello,

first of all, i love your plug in, makes life so much easier 🙂
    So great work on that!

Is there a possibility to activate the link clicking, just AFTER the user accepts our cookies? At the moment it is directly loading:
    prli_click_1
    prli_visitor

I am using the Complianz Cookie Plug-In and can block scripts and iframes before accepting my cookies.
So what would be those two cookies scripts, so i can block them before accepting?

Or is there any other solution 🙂

    Thanks a lot!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @serkankurnaz,

We would like to assist you with this issue. I see there’s an option to disable IP Addresses in the analytics reports. Which would be a good start. I don’t have a clear understanding of what data is being processed and where.

If we need to assist with integration. Let us know! Our documentation: https://complianz.io/developers-guide-for-third-party-integrations/

    regards Aert

I’ve just checked your site, I don’t see any front-end javascript from Pretty Links, which could’ve been blocked in the script center. In that case, if Pretty Links is tracking personal data, it might be necessary to integrate server side.

Pretty Links support can probably tell us what data is tracked, and if so if it’s possible to block tracking.

    Hey, thanks for you help!

@aahulsebos where can i disable IP addresses from reporting?

    I have set:
Simple Click Count Tracking (less stats / faster performance)

And see only: Excluded IP Addresses:
No option to disable IP tracking 🙁

    @rogierlankhorst
So that means, Pretty Links is tracking something for themselves?
Then probably Pretty Links is no option for as to be safe with GDPR.

We just need a “pretty” link tracking with no IP adresses, just the number of hits of the link, so we can track our campaigns. Are there any alternatives?

thanks a lot, both of you!

And I really hope that someone from Pretty Links can help us here 🙂

    Hi @serkankurnaz,

I saw: Exclude IP Addresses from Stats, as a feature on the plugin page: https://wordpress.org/plugins/pretty-link/

I did not yet search for it in the plugin itself. regards Aert

    Hi @aahulsebos

yeah, you can exclude specific IP addresses like admin adsresses from tracking, but not disable ALL IP addresses from all 🙁

It seems that noone from Pretty Links itself is willing to help us…such a pitty, i really wanted to go for the pro version.
