 * I am working on making a theme into a wordpress theme for my professional photographer
   website and one issue i ran into is that the current html design of the theme
   uses anchor link classes like here:
 * orangestonephotography.com
    orangestonephotography.com/test/new/entry.html
 *     ```
       <li><a href="blog.html">Blog</a></li>
       <li><a>class="navEffect" href="portfolio.html">Portfolio</a></li>
       <li><a>class="navEffect" href="about.html">About Us</a> </li>
       ```
   
 * but instead it is working like this:
 *     ```
       <li class="page_item page-item-19 current_page_item"><a href="http://www.adivix.com" title=""></a>
       <li class="page_item page-item-23"><a href="http://www.adivix.com/blog/" title="Blog">Blog</a>
   
       <li class="page_item page-item-2"><a href="http://www.adivix.com/about/" title="About Us">About Us</a>
       ```
   
 * here is the current working theme site:
 * adivix.com
 * so i need to be able to set in header.php if index then it uses the home link
   class then if it is the current page it uses the current link class and other
   pages uses the navEffect link class.
 * How can I set this up properly? Please advise!
