Link “back to shop” cannot be changed in translations

I have an issue with the translation. If the cart is empty, “Back to Shop” is shown. I can translate the text, however, I cannot change the associated link. Even in different languages, it always directs to the main shopping page in the default language. With all other parts below (e.e.g, continue shopping, show cart, pay”, I can change the text AND link in WPML string translation.
