Link a gallery thumbnail to a set position on a slideshow

Hello

I have a portfolio page with thumbnails:
http://217.199.187.68/formimages.com/people/

What I would like to happen is when you click on a thumbnail, it will take you to the correct image on a slideshow on a separate page:
http://217.199.187.68/formimages.com/commercial/

Does anyone have any ideas on how this might be done?
