 * The description says “On the left sidebar, click on “Lively Chat Support”.” However
   this does not exist on my left bar. It installed and is activated. Where do i
   find the link for settings, etc.?

 * I’ve manages to sort this issue.
    How: I removed the plugin and installed version
   1.0.5. I then upgraded to version 1.0.7. After upgrading, the tab re-appeared.
