Links with A to Z index, TOC, Table of Contents

    I want to make an area where it links to a lot of different sites . Is there any plugins that can help me with that?

    E.X Category A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z

    I just don’t want to do all the HTML coding for it. Is there any shortcuts or plugins to doing that? Please help. Thank you.
