Lining up image and text blocks without html/table knowledge

HI,

been pulling my hair out trying to find a way for a client to edit her own website. She needs to be able to add a title with an image below it, text below the title, and do the same thing on the right hand side.

I have set it up as a table with one <tr> followed by 2 <td> tags, but it’s too daunting for her, and the links are so tricky especially since they include a thumbnail first that takes you to the bigger size image, all the info inside the tags confuse her. Is there anyway people with no html knowledge can achieve that in the visual editor ?????
