 * I would like you to install a simple contact form plugin for my site.
    Such plugin
   that will generate me a line/code, which I can implement in any page that I wish.
   This contact form will include: name, email, subject, message (bigger text box).
   Each message that will be sent through form will go to email: [**Address Moderated**]
 * Please suggest me which plugin i will use for my site.
