Line selectable spreadsheet style user input

Hello,

I am looking for a plugin that will display a “spreadsheet” style of data and have a user select via check box, games they would like to request to referee and submit them via email for approval. It would have multiple spreadsheets in one as there are different leagues. It would be sorted by league and/or date.

The admin would reply to the user and update the “referee” column once the game is assigned.

The data needs to be displayed in a console manner.
