    Hi Jeff,

I like your plugin a lot, but I have some issues.

The line numbers are enabled in the back-end, but in the front-end they are missing. Example is on https://itrainer.nl/about/

Second, I am using Tutor LMS and here the lay-out appears when loading for the first time. When going to the next page (or back) on the course pages, the lay-out disppears and it looks like a normal pre block. Reloading the page fixes the problem, but by going to the next page, the lay-out goes missing again.

Hope I explained it well. To show it, you have to be logged in to the course.
When necessary I can make an account for you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I’m not sure why numbers are not working, but recommend triple-checking the Prism.js Line Numbers documentation to make sure that you have implemented correctly.

Not sure about the Tutor LMS or whatever either. Never have used it, so would recommend asking its providers if they have any clues or ideas.

Hi @artyficial, just wanted to follow up with this. It’s been awhile with no reply, so I hope the issue is resolved? Or if there is anything I can do to help, please let me know. Thank you.

    Hi Jeff,

    Thank you for asking.

The line numbering issue is not resolved yet.

The second issue is related to Tutor LMS, so I asked the developer of that plugin if it is blocking something when opening a page.

Great, let’s continue with the line-numbering issue. Are you able to do some basic troubleshooting? In order to help resolve any issue, you will need to temporarily disable your other plugins and switch theme to the default. Alternately you can set up a test WP site, leave everything at defaults (e.g., plugins, theme, settings), and try again. Either way, let me know the results of the test.
