Line login made user’s name became garbled

    Thanks for Super Socializer, first .
    But I have a problem .
    I can log in with LINE smoothly, but after logging in with LINE, the user’s name will become a very long garbled in English, and the user’s Email will also be a long garbled in English. Add @line.com.
    Is there a setting error?

    If the user’s name is a long string of numbers, it means that Line account you are logging in doesn’t have an associated name and username. If the email you are getting is in the format 75748584545*******@line.com, it means Line login isn’t giving you the email address of the user with other basic profile data. To fetch email address of the user, you can do as mentioned in the step 9 at the link https://support.heateor.com/create-line-channel-for-line-login/. If user denies access to their email or if there isn’t any email address associated to their Line account, you can check the “Email required” checkbox in the Advanced Configuration section at the social login configuration page in the admin area.
