Line Breaks In Customer Provided Notes No Longer Working – HELP

For some reason, I am no longer able to input a return or line break in customer provided notes. This is very important for our business as it makes the lives easier for our warehouse workers. You can see how the text is completely jumbled now.

Has anyone ever had this happen to them before or know of a solution?
