   other formatting appears to work fine, such as **bold**…
 * Do you think this would likely be a theme or other plugin conflict?

 * Double / triple carriage don’t work for me at all. Since it appears to be an 
   HTML editor I’ve been using the `<br>` tag, one each time I want a new line.

 * wpsc Support Tickets 2.0 uses a new editor, which I believe solves this issue.
   The new 2.0 version will be available very soon.

 * Fresh install and also bought Pro. Only double carriage returns produce line 
   breaks still. The link for support on the sales page only goes to your wpStoreCart
   page. I can’t suggest to my customers that they have to do this.
