    I did those with an HTML snippet in the Bottom 1, 2, 3, and 4 widget positions using a text widget. You can use this as a guideline from the first widget:

    When I’m using this image link I get the photo of the elderly people.
    What is the image link to the line?

    You need to change my src URL in my code to your own image.

    Sure, but I couldn’t find the image of the lines in the directory.
    I made a new line picture and uploaded it – now it looks great.

    Actually… I misunderstood what you were referring to (I need more sleep I think). Anyway, the double line below the headings is what you are referring to. This is done automatically with the widgets and is loaded in with CSS from the style.css
