 * Hello,
 * I have WordPress 3.6.1 installed with Contact 7 3.5.2 on Ozythemes EWA Bootstrap.
   The following error just appeared (the contact form was working up until yesterday
   and there did not appear to be any updates to the site in the last week):
 * Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home5/chocolit/public_html/
   wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/controller.php on line 131
