Limiting file extension

Thanks for the plugins.
But I’m wonder if this plugin is right to meet my need.When I upload a certain file from “Add Media” menu, all file with any extension can be uploaded. But in this case, some malicious file such as html file can be uploaded.
So I want to limit the types of file extension that I can upload: .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx.I think your plugin can offer some functions to rename the file name and ignore file extension, but is it possible to limit the types of file extension as well?

I’m sorry but this plugin restricts files by extensions only. And it restricts onle the file renaming.If you want to restrict uploads, you may try other plugins together with this one, like:

- https://wordpress.org/plugins/manage-upload-types/
I didn’t test any of these, though.
