@uriahs-victor Initially, you’ll only retrieve 5 reviews from Google using the Places API – this is the maximum that it will send at one time. Over time with synchronizing enabled, you’ll accumulate many more. This is covered in the FAQ.
In the Dashboard->Settings under the first Setup tab, you can limit the reviews displayed as needed. If you only have a limited number of reviews collected this limit will affect the maximum at this time. However, over time you’ll be able to set a higher fixed limit that reflects your local collection. If you don’t want any limit, just set this as “Show all reviews”.
Also, there is a HTML Import option for more advanced users – you can retrieve all your reviews using this process.
