    After moving a wordpress install into a multisite network, local admins for the subsite can’t create events. ‘Events’ still appears in the dashboard menu, but the only options in the submenu are Tags, Import and Settings. The superadmin, however, can still create Events.

    These options were available before migrating the site. I noticed a similar issue is mentioned in this thread, but it doesn’t mention an ultimate resolution for any of the multisite users.

    The site operator is understandably not willing the create another super admin so I really need to figure this out to make the site usable for our admin. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    That’s certainly strange — sorry for the trouble!

    Did this change with the latest version of The Events Calendar? If so, what was the last version you were using where the settings appeared correct? That will help us narrow down where to look for the change.

    Hi Geoff thanks for the reply.

    The version that is working on my test server is 4.1.2. The multisite version is 4.2.4. As far as I know the plugin was updated as soon as the site was migrated into the network.

    I can’t say for sure whether it stopped working after the update. I suppose I could try to roll back the version to see if that helps?
