Limited can't edit code as a whole with Travel blogger theme

Can’t edit the code is not clear. There is a style.css but no way to edit the page as a whole. Farthest I got was stacking the buttons by random guess here: [img]s3.postimg.org/z2r0vrffn/Trav.jpg[/img] (but can’t access the page to round them nor space when code was given). Advised by an expert to switch to a template with more flexibility. Goodbye and luck to travel blog theme…
