 * Are there design limitations I should be aware of for the free version of the
   plugin? Or do I have to upgrade to the Premium version to customize the layout?

 * Hi Tiffany,
 * No limitations on the use of custom CSS in the free version. The premium version
   gives you the ability to choose a different display style for your FAQs, as well
   as access to the “Styling” area of the “Settings” tab where you can pick a different
   toggle icon from our custom font and make quick and simple styling changes.
 * That being said, you can make use of the Custom CSS box to modify the styling
   of any CSS selector used in our plugin.
