# Limitation issue

 * Hello,
   I’m actually facing an issue on a poll I created on my website.I wanted
   to active the “IP limitation” in order to block multiple votes, but it seems 
   that this limitation has been applied to everyone. I asked some friends to vote,
   but the “you already voted” message appears to all the them even if they are 
   located in different places with different IPs.So I tried to deactivate the limitation,
   but even if I did it (and saved) it’s still on.Could you please let me know how
   to fix it?Thanks & kind regards,Matteo

 * Please provide us with the following information for further investigation of
   your case.
    1. Please let us know whether you are using a Cache plugin or not and whether the
       page where the given poll is located is cached or not. 
       If yes, then, please
       make a **DB backup **for your safety (you can use [UpdraftPlus](https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/)).
       Make sure the cache is excluded on the page where the given poll is located.
       After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the **Incognito
       mode **or **another browser/device.**
    2. The PHP version you are using.

   thanks a lot for your kind reply!I deleted the cache as you suggested,
   but I’m now realising that maybe this feature is available in the PRO version

   I want to mention, that

 * hola, al utilizar el bloqueo por IP para que no volver a votar si los dispositivos
   estan en la misma red me aoarece que ya vote, sera q el bloqueo lo hacen a la
   IP publica ?, se puede hacer el bloqueo por equipo digamos en este caso por la
   mac?
