Limit woocommerce digital download limit for subscribers(daily or weekly basis)

We are a team doing graphics design. We want to sell design files from our own woocommerce website. we are offering membership. Who takes membership, will get all downloadable files access with a download limit per day or weekly basis.

We also want to send an email notification for file/product update to customers who bought the product/files.

How can we do this using woocommerce subscription or other plugin?
