Limit User Downloads

Hello,

I have a question, and I’m not sure if it’s feasible w/ this plugin or not.

I’d like to have a resource vault of sorts filled with a large collection of resources for download (documents, PDF’s, forms, etc). However, I’d like to only allow logged-in users to download only one resource per week, and once they’ve downloaded for the week, they’re denied access to do so again until the following week.

Is there a way to utilize this plugin to do that, or will I need to use something different or have a more experienced developer help me out?
