Limit Table to One Category of Posts?

Hi,

Through some very helpful posts here, I’ve been able to patch together a table that prints out posts and other accompanying data. There are two other things I need though that I can’t figure out. Can anyone help? Here’s what I need:

1. To limit the posts in this category to just one particular category
2. To set it so that all posts in this category show (code I found is set so that I designate a number. Not sure how to make that infinite–don’t worry, there will never be that many)
