  • Hi,

    Did you find a solution? 🙂 I’m looking for this as well.

    malexandric

    @malexandric

    No, I haven’t. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a way to do this right now.

    Thanks for the reply. I’ve also sent an Email to support team this morning and will try to contact them on IRC to see if there’s a workaround.

    Has anyone received a response about this? It must be a common issue and it’s one we’re looking into on our site currently. The amount of space the comments area takes up is huge and the option to limit the number of posts appearing, so users choose to click for more/all comments to appear rather than it being default, would be fantastic. Please I hope someone is looking into this! I understand it used to be a feature, but I’m not sure if this is the case…

    I agree, I can’t find any result on this. It really is too long.

    I got a reply from them and unfortunately it is not possible to do so at the moment.

    It seems like the default value is 50 and anything more than 50 comments, will become as “Show more comments” button.

    Hope someone from Disqus developers bring up good news for all of us soon.

    Thanks for the update. Hope they will add this feature soon.

    Malexandric,

    After discussing this feature with some of developers on IRC, we’ve decided to bring the topic in attention on their own discussion channel.

    You and anyone else can follow up and comment here to give more boost on topic:

    you can increase the comments numbers from plugin setting to as much as you want , if u can’t post your website here , i will guide you through the process
