Hi there, thanks for the great plugin!

I’m using the ‘Insert Pages’ plugin to insert posts into other posts.

The problem is the PDF + PRINT icons appear at the top of the post as well as next to each inserted post. This leads to many of these icons on the post….

Is there a way to only limit the display to once per page / post at the top and remove these duplicates?

If I try and hide it with CSS, it hides all of them….
