limit characters in links in an entry

    Hi, I would find a plugin to reduce the characteristics of the links in my entries income, or because when I enter a rapidshare link ranges widely and makes the design of my blog scramble, overlapping the top of the sidebar links here have an example of what I want:

    The rapidshare links are reduced and will not expand the content of the entry being accurate.

    I want a plugin to help me with this task and reduce the characteristics of the links are very long such as rapidshare, hotfile, among others, I’ll be very grateful, I just started in worpress and want to learn more.
