Please disregard the previous question. I had time to test it and see that the number is for currency, not product units.
I have my date range set for “this day” and time function, in the advanced tab, set for local (WordPress) time but for some reason the purchase limit resets at 12:00am UTC instead of my local time.
Also, since I’m using “this day” as my date range how should I set the advanced settings under the tools tab?
Would this be the best setting?

Hi,
Can you please check in your WordPress dashboard, Settings > General > TimeZone what timezone you have selected there?
I using UTC-4 which could be the problem.

I’ll try choosing a specific city instead and see if that fixes it.
I changed the time zone to New York and the limit still resets at 24:00 UTC instead of the local time. UTC with a -4 offset also resets at 24:00 UTC. Does every timezone reset at 24:00 UTC regardless of what local time is selected?
Hello @johnboy85 ,
Please try to switch the option “Advanced > Time function” and let us know if it helps
Hello,
Sorry for the delayed response. There are two options Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and Local (WordPress) Time. I have had this set to Local (WordPress) Time and the limit still resets at 24:00 UTC instead of the local time.
I believe the best choice for the “Time function” would be to leave it as Local (WordPress) time as your timezone will be considered.
We think the limit resets at midnight correctly when you use “This day”.
For example, if a customer purchases something at 2021-09-23 23:00, the order expiration date will be at 2021-09-24 00:00. The customer would have to wait 1 hour in this case. Regardless of the purchase hour, the expiration date wouldn’t change.
Maybe if you want to make sure to wait 24 hours you could use a custom date range, like this:
– Set the “Date Range” option as custom.
– Set the “Custom date range” as 24.
– Set “Custom date range unit” as “Hours”.
Let me know if it helps
