    I also would like to know this… is this still an alive plugin? it seems no answers are given the last months…

    I have a related question. I would like the user registered in wp not to be a user but to be a token (i.e. respondent) of the central db. It wuold be nice if one can also add the created token to all surveys.
    this would be a great improvement since it would allow to create users that can answer to many survey.
