Hey Harish,

This is a great plugin, so thank you for writing it, for giving it away for free, and for giving such great support.

I’ve seen a couple threads about custom post types, but nothing that seemed to answer my question.

I’ve successfully added the ‘like’ button on my custom posts, and it seems to work fine, but it doesn’t increment the ‘likes’ column on the back end. It just remains blank. See screenshot: https://s3.amazonaws.com/uploads.hipchat.com/7809/438783/CaQGKxRKQNmWOcB/upload.png

Am I missing something that would make this work? It works automatically for regular posts.

Regarding your question, While the Like/recommend system can be used for any custom post type, the ability to display the count only works with general posts. There is currently no dynamic logic to check available custom post types and allow user to choose where they wish to display it. This has been intentionally left out, as there are many different types of CPT used by people ranging from Products, Sliders, etc.
