    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

As far as I can see in your screenshot you’re receiving the error “You do not have permission to access this page”.
When exactly do you receive this error?

Is it possible that you’re using additional plugins to adjust the permissions of your user roles?
If so, I’d recommend checking the settings of these plugins since there are no settings in Blog2Social to edit your user roles / permissions.

I’m looking forward to your reply.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply.

Please be so kind as to double-check the settings of all plugins that may affect user roles or permissions on your website, as this error message is not from Blog2Social, and there are no settings in Blog2Social for permissions or user roles.

Please let me know if it worked out or if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

If you cannot see the Blog2Social menu in your WordPress dashboard, it could also be related to the permission issue you mentioned.

We can assure you that there are no settings available in Blog2Social to edit any permissions / user roles. Every WordPress user should be able to see Blog2Social unless it is blocked by other plugins on your website.

An easy way to check if another plugin is causing issues on your website is to use the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin from WordPress. This plugin is intended for such cases and will perform a number of checks on your WordPress installation to detect common configuration errors and known issues, and also allows plugins and themes to add their own checks.
With the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin you can simulate to deactivate all plugins except Blog2Social and activate one after the other to see which plugin is causing this.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply.

It seems that there are still settings on your website or in the plugins you are using which need to be adjusted. Therefore, I’d recommend contacting the support of these plugins, as this is beyond our control.
As soon as you’ve adjusted these settings, it should work as intended.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

Is it possible to tell me which plugins you’re using in order to set up the permissions of your users?
