# Like & Dislike Button counting problem

 * Hi I have a problem with an add-on that counts likes and dislikes. When turned
   on lscache after page refresh counters return to 0.
 * Plugins is

 * Has anyone had a similar problem.

 * Hi,
 * please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click“
   send to LiteSpeed”
 * and then , go to Cache -> ESI , enable ESI
 * change your shortcode from `[WPAC_LIKE_SYSTEM]` to `[esi WPAC_LIKE_SYSTEM ttl
   ="0"]`
 * save and purge all , see how it goes

    Report number is: ZFQEXVTC
 * I did that and the same thing is still happening. Returns to the number before
   turning on cache.
 * What happens when I turn on ESI is that the complete sidebar moves to the bottom
   of the page .

 * please try enable the dev tool , then click like or dislike , it should send 
   out 2 ajax call on `admin-ajax.php` , see what are their response header and 
   response content
